enjoying a day off.

happy friday! it was amazing to wake up this morning and look out the window only to see it was pouring out and there was a thunderstorm just outside my window.  it was even more amazing knowing i could roll back over and go back to bed, because this lucky girl is off from work for the day.

the rain did clear up and the sun finally came out this morning and it is just beautiful out here in northern virginia.

we have a few wedding things we need to take care of this weekend, which seems to be the store of our lives. but then i am looking forward to relaxing and hanging my new west elm shelf in our bathroom.
