the past two days have been cold, damp and dreary. it makes me want to stay home, cuddle on the couch with our pups under my faux fur blanket and sip on tea. unfortunately, i don't have that luxury so the next best thing on days like today is a hearty dinner featuring one of my favorite comfort foods...chicken pot pie.
