girl scout cookie heaven.

happy monday! well it is that time of year, no i am not talking about spring, i am talking about girl scout cookie season. on friday night when leaving the grocery store i politely declined their enticing offer to purchase several boxes and quickly walked away before i changed my mine.

i love girl scout cookies, last year i believe i bought 6 boxes and i probably consumed 5 1/2 and matt ate the rest (if that). this year with the wedding around the corner i know if i give in and purchase one box i won't be able to resist buying more.

i love samoas and tangalongs. they are heaven.

this beats buying 6 boxes this year, and once i have indulged on a homemade version of these yearly treat i will then promptly ship the rest to my FIL (father in-laws) house.
