seriously this was an amazing weekend! friday the hubby surprised me with a date night. we went out to a nice dinner and after we went to this....
it was the first time either of us had been to cirque du soleil and it was amazing. i had no clue what to expect going into it, but we were both amazed by the end. worth every penny, i would highly recommend going if there is a show in your area.
one of the things that amazed me was the mix of ages; from young kids, teenagers, young adult to older men and women it was a diverse crowd. everyone in the audience loved the show.
after chilling on saturday, sunday we headed to ikea for some cabinet shopping. which was successful! we wanted to just see what the options were in person and check the quality. i have heard great things about ikea cabinets, and i was very impressed.

next stop on the list was headed south into the country to check out a few wrinkly bullys. our intention was not to get a puppy for us, but to look for someone else. but their cuteness won us over, and we will be adding a new english bulldog puppy to the family this week. i will share TONS more pictures once he is home!!
i am very excited for buckley to have a new little buddy and to now be a family of 4.
i don't know how life can get any better than date nights and puppies. i am a very lucky lady.
