on my nightstand.

i have really been trying to read more lately, and now that it is getting dark so early and colder it seems much more appealing to curl up with a good book before bed.

currently on my night stand...

i picked up gone girl after hearing about it on several blogs, right now i like it, i don't love it. i am about half way done and things seem to be picking up. based on the amazing reviews it has gotten i am hoping the last half it better than the first.

i finished the perfectly imperfect home back in september, and i keep flipping back through it.  it is a fabulous book that i would hihgly recommend to anyone who loves interior design. the illistrations are fantastic.

and as for what i will be tackling over thanksgiving... i am staying true to my days watching Laguna Beach and The Hills and reading Lauren Conrad's new books Beauty and Starstruck . i don't know what it is about her but i am kinda obsessed.
