jill litner kaplan interiors with you guys. her portfolio is stacked with awesome homes but this one in particular really speaks to me. i love the mix of classic pieces with modern patterns and textures. the homes blends so effortless together that it really feels like a unified design. what do you think?

are you drooling yet? i am obsessed, this how is styled to a T but seems livable and welcoming. what is your favorite detail? i would have to say the moldings throughout and the bold contemporary light fixtures have me smitten.
